unprofessional
we saw a nice bmw on autotrader so booked a test drive for the same afternoon and traveled one hour and a half to get there.when we arrived someone else had test driven the car and they were hurried off into the office to sign up whilst they ignored us and left us standing in their damp smelling showroom for half and hour.we had to ask what was going on and even then were told it was likely the other person was buying it subject to a finance deal.we were cash buyers so obviously not worth as much to them due to the commission from a finance deal.in the end we left and they said they would call once they knew 100% if it was going through but they didnt have the courtesy to even do that.NOT a pleasant experience dealing with them at all,be warned

Would use again!
Have a nice selection of tidy looking high end vehicles.....had dealings with both brothers who run the place...one on purchase/test drive...one on collection extremely polite, professional and courteous chaps not pushy or misleading. The Audi we purchased was a much better example or what we were after than many others we had looked at elsewhere at the same price.
